Really nice pub and very friendly and helpful staff.
Bed was comfortable and the location really convenient. Very much enjoyed staying here.
Despite it being a popular pub, the rooms are quiet and we had no issues sleeping even with the window open.
Self serve continental breakfast was perfect as didn't want to be tempted by a cooked offering!

Really enjoyed our day here . They opened early as they were expecting to be busy so we got our castel tour over with before the crowds. Great for any Downton Abbey fans!! Lovely gardens and grounds . Plenty to do for a day. Loved the appearances of Lord and Lady Carnavon during the day. Lovely cocktail bar selling fizz.
