Staff helped us with our booking request, lovely and helpful on the front desk. Room was big, clean and well decorated and warm feeling. Stayed before and will stay again. Windows overlooking to the back carpark we heard no sound.

I'm really annoyed as I stay here alot with no issue thr lock on our door wasn't working every time I went out for a fag I had to get member staff to let me back in the room was bad experience I would like a refund the gentleman at reception apologised and said was an issue with the card reader which it it's the boys fault but was massive inconvenience
We stayed at Harlow Hotel to host a party. The staff were ever so helpful during the set up and set down. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.. worthy to note that drinks left at the center hall bar which initially was not locked up remained intact, and no drink missing. The breakfast had the English continental breakfast. The opening times were reasonable.

It was a bit run down.
It was a bit run down. I think it lost out due to economic failure and it would appear that there's a lot of welfare dependency and poor health choices everywhere I looked. Far too many fast food outlets and gambling and betting shops.

"We chose the destination Horlow just to get to the neighboring town and take the metro to London. The town of Harlow isn't bad; there's a promenade and some shops. What I really liked was the park just outside the town, about a 20-minute walk away, where there was a small zoo, refreshments, and a playground for children."

After living in Harlow for 60+ years it has changed so much and very run down, the town centre is being demolished and no shops? But the hotel is situated in the old town and is in a lovely location. Harlow is close if you are travelling to London or Stansted airport.

The Harlow hotel was disgusting. Dirty and unkempt.
The Harlow hotel was disgusting. Dirty and unkempt. The rooms had nothing in them and the towels were old and not clean. .
It was full of refugees who were being housed there. My young daughters were woken at 1.30 by the police knocking on their door. They were questioned in relation to an incident that had no relation to them.
They were terrified and then couldn’t sleep. We were charged an additional £6 to park in the hotels own car park .
This cannot be described as a hotel but a refugee hostel at best yet we were charged £ 236 for one night.
I would question why booking.com have listed it as a hotel. It concerns me that I will experience something similar again as it was totally misrepresented. I will be reluctant to use booking.com if I cannot rely on the accommodation being as advertised.

Late arrival due to flight delays: got key without problem after midnight. It was on the way from Stansted Airport to London city a very good value for money. The central bus station right under the flat offers a very good service to the Harlow train station.
Exceptionally clean hotel. The bathroom was immaculate. Friendly and helpful staff. As an IHG member I was able to book late check out. Room was a good size. Five minute cab ride from Harlow Town train station.
