Lovely couple that runs the manor! Daily breakfast with the option for a delicious hot breakfast (we got this both morning’s and it was delicious!). Next to the dining table are kid toys and a kid table, which is amazing for us since our kids were done eating before us and they could pop down and play with the toys. There were also two dogs Lola and Freddy, that are lovely dogs. They do not jump or lick, and are just there for cuddles! The hosts provided us with trail hiking recommendations, and the one we did you leave literally from their front door - no driving required! They provided dinner recommendations too - we ended up eating down the road at The Stables and the Welch burger was incredibly good.
The room accommodations were clean and lovely. Upon entering we had a tray of snacks and coffees as complimentary. Also complimentary bug spray and sunscreen to go on hikes! All around highly recommend for both couples, and families.

The Standard Lodge room was very spacious and ideal for a couple and a medium sized dog (plus his crate). The spa facilities were very good and a nice way to unwind after hiking in the area. The food and service was good and staff were friendly and particularly generous of their time to our dog especially at breakfast time. Also, the location is ideal for hiking in the area and parking is abundant.

This hotel is a local hidden gem in Snowdonia, I would fully recommend visiting when in the local area. Mike and Carrie are superb hosts, fully accommodating and their journey is amazing. The Gorge down the river is truly magical and worth the walk. Rooms are spacious and having a full suite is even better with all new facilities. looking forward to the summer and seeing the progress on the rear of the building. fully deserved rating and will be visiting again.

Highly recommend staying here.
Highly recommend staying here.
Staff were very helpful - we had to check-in to our room late and they were very accommodating in arranging this for us. The room was ideal for our needs - 4 of us. Bathrooms were shared - these were lovely, very modern. There was also a sink in our room. Bedsheets/linen provided. The place was very clean. There was a shared kitchen and lounge area, which was very comfy, with a variety of games and books. Ample, free, parking on the property. We stayed here prior to climbing Snowdon and the location was great for this - only a short drive away. Exceptionally good, especially for the price!

The location set in the most peaceful and beautiful landscape. Fabulous style hostel ideal for walkers on a stop over or for those travelling to other destinations by car where there is plenty of parking space in the hostel grounds. Clean and comfortable throughout with a shared kitchen and common room. Roughly 15-20 minutes walk from Ponty- Pant rail station..

Just a 10 minute drive from Betws-y-coed city centre, this is a good choice for a quiet stay.
Helen was on time with the delicious English breakfast spread and the rooms were just the right size for a couple.
Highly recommend.
Huge shared space! Kitchen is great and fully equipt. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, which was lovely! Village about a mile down the road with shop and a couple of pubs. Friendly owner. Comfy beds. Close to Snowdon National Park. All in all, a great stay!
Perfect location in a beautiful setting.
Excellent hosts. Mike and Carrie are friendly, interesting and clearly very invested in making the hotel stay a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Very nice suite room with comfortable beds and amenities.
It had everything to make it a home from home and the hosts even provided bread & milk on arrival. Ty Nain was comfortable, warm and in a good location to explore all round Snowdonia and North Wales.
