Nice location although river view rooms had a very busy road between hotel and river. So you had the view but also the traffic noise which was severe. Staff very nice

Lisa was really lovely and welcoming after a long 5 hour car journey from Essex….she also went out of her way to provide a take away breakfast bag full of goodies as we had planned to climb Snowdon and left the hotel at 7 am that morning…pool table was great to use for fun and bar staff were very friendly and helpful…only problem I had was that the kettle in my room wouldn’t work ..bathroom was very clean and inviting

I stayed for one night as I was in the area for a hike. It's a lovely place to stay, modern rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and I loved the little welcome note in my room! Plenty of parking opposite, which is free for guests. It's an inn/pub so expect a little noise maybe depending on where your room is, but honestly it didn't bother me and it's quiet over night. Location is great for Tryfan and surrounding area. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is a local hidden gem in Snowdonia, I would fully recommend visiting when in the local area. Mike and Carrie are superb hosts, fully accommodating and their journey is amazing. The Gorge down the river is truly magical and worth the walk. Rooms are spacious and having a full suite is even better with all new facilities. looking forward to the summer and seeing the progress on the rear of the building. fully deserved rating and will be visiting again.

Highly recommend staying here.
Highly recommend staying here.
Staff were very helpful - we had to check-in to our room late and they were very accommodating in arranging this for us. The room was ideal for our needs - 4 of us. Bathrooms were shared - these were lovely, very modern. There was also a sink in our room. Bedsheets/linen provided. The place was very clean. There was a shared kitchen and lounge area, which was very comfy, with a variety of games and books. Ample, free, parking on the property. We stayed here prior to climbing Snowdon and the location was great for this - only a short drive away. Exceptionally good, especially for the price!

The location set in the most peaceful and beautiful landscape. Fabulous style hostel ideal for walkers on a stop over or for those travelling to other destinations by car where there is plenty of parking space in the hostel grounds. Clean and comfortable throughout with a shared kitchen and common room. Roughly 15-20 minutes walk from Ponty- Pant rail station..

Just a 10 minute drive from Betws-y-coed city centre, this is a good choice for a quiet stay.
Helen was on time with the delicious English breakfast spread and the rooms were just the right size for a couple.
Highly recommend.
Huge shared space! Kitchen is great and fully equipt. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves, which was lovely! Village about a mile down the road with shop and a couple of pubs. Friendly owner. Comfy beds. Close to Snowdon National Park. All in all, a great stay!
Perfect location in a beautiful setting.
Excellent hosts. Mike and Carrie are friendly, interesting and clearly very invested in making the hotel stay a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Very nice suite room with comfortable beds and amenities.
It had everything to make it a home from home and the hosts even provided bread & milk on arrival. Ty Nain was comfortable, warm and in a good location to explore all round Snowdonia and North Wales.
