New Forest View, hotel in Beaulieu

Featuring a garden, New Forest View features accommodations in Beaulieu. This recently renovated apartment is located 16 miles from The Mayflower Theatre and 16 miles from Southampton Guildhall.

Very comfortable apartment, nice kitchen and great shower. The owner left us plenty of little things which made a real difference, including water, cookies, and everything needed in the kitchen. Location was perfect for nice country walks or access to the rest of the area. Loved seeing the ponies and donkeys just across the road.

The staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette that we didn't really utilize for the one day .. but would have been great for a longer stay. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beaulieu village is a wonderful, characterful little place with very friendly residents. It is perfectly placed for exploring the New Forest and 2 mins drive away from the Palace of Beaulieu . I fell in love with the place. There are some lovely little shops and cafes but I would definitely recommend The Beaulieu Bakery for lunch - delicious food and friendly, cheerful staff.

The place was spot on for us, walks peaceful setting river view easy to visit the sea & also to see lots of New Forest ponies. A few cafes, plenty of eateries around the area of Beaulieu too yum! The Pig in the Forest near by for excellent food if you want to really treat yourselves. Plenty of pubs for refreshments too in the New Forest. Beaulieu itself has a Palace to visit but only a small hamlet in itself.

It is a charming area with lots of interesting places to visit to suit varied tastes. The village had shops which sold locally grown produce and seemed environmentally aware also had a friendly atmosphere. Beulieu is very near Exbury Gardens which are fantastic generally but particularly for the Azaleas and Rhododendrons in April and May.

It was actually East Boldre we stayed but it was really in Beaulieu. It is well placed to reach anywhere. Many places of interest on the doorstep. We went 20th June and there were loads of foals and young donkeys who were so cute. I love the fact that animals have the right of way - and humans have to wait for them to move. We visited Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Ringwood, Beaulieu car museum and Bucklers Hard and they were all worth a visit. Many picturesque villages in the New Forest.

The approach to Beaulieu through the New Forest is magical in its own right. The Village is quintessentially British and very charming. One could spend hours meandering along the streets windowshopping. For lovers of old cars you will be in seventh heaven.

I booked very last minute for a couple of nights break. Very warm welcome from Rowena and her friendly dog! Made me feel very welcome throughout the stay. Cosy and clean farmhouse with a lovely breakfast and spotless room. The house was in a great location with walking routes around the forest right outside and a short walk into the centre of Beaulieu. Will definitely be back to stay soon!

The location of the hotel was peaceful, with just the sounds of the various seabirds. Our room was wonderful, with good views of the river and a very comfy bed. The terrace is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink or a meal, with a garden leading down to the riverside, and we enjoyed the river cruise and the walk to Beaulieu for lunch.

Breakfast was freshly & amply provided along with all plates, cups etc. As we were showcasing our car at the nearby National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, the location of Pear Tree Cabin was ideal.
