The quirky geniusly designed accommodation pod. Superb location for tourist and other locations yet set in a peaceful area - on a farm. The animals were a wonderful distraction and breakfast order was perfect.

This property was centrally placed, with great facilities for our short stay. The property had plenty of space for us and the garage was a bonus for parking the car. The supply of toiletries and kitchen equipment and supplies was ideal for what we needed and we appreciated the host being available to answer our questions.
Half a mile from the town of Ballycastle, Carnately Lodge features free Wi-Fi and Netflix in every room and free parking on site. Complimentary drinks and snacks are served on arrival.

Natasha was a great host, she made us feel very welcome. She is such a breath of fresh air. We were greeted with prosecco and wee carmel squares and she recommended places to eat. The games room is a great idea. I loved the game of thrones chair. The breakfast was delicious. It is a very short drive into Ballycastle. 💕

The location was convenient to restaurants and parking was easy in the coop’s lot right at the back door. The apartment was pretty basic for the money although I’m finding a familiar trend $$ in Ireland. Just a short drive to Carrick a Rede bridge and Giants causeway.

The location was a bit too busy and difficult to park in for overnight travel. There wasn’t much to do around the area except a beach during the day. Few places for food. Overall would’ve rather stayed at a more pea Hedi’s, quaint surrounding location.

Ballycastle is a beautiful town , stepped in history and culture . Beautiful scenery stunning views, especially from the road , on way to ballintoy. Veiw of Sheep Island , one of the best veiws , in the whole of Ireland. People are lovely and pleasant. We just love the place . Restaurants, bars , shops , everything you need , for a good weeks stay. Always lively and bubbly . We found the restaurant s , were very fair priced , and the food was excellent. I never expected to be surprised by how green and beautiful this place was - yes it does rain ! , but its worth it. The sun does shine, and when it does- go explore the beaches, search for sea glass, and of course drink Irish Guinness !!!

Ballycastle is an excellent place to stay for all the attractions of the Causeway Coast and access to the ferry to Rathlin Island.
The hotel is very close to the Beach and there are buses running to other towns such as Ballymena. It is advisable to have a car in order to get quick access.
Room was clean and comfortable and shared kitchen was handy to have your 'bring you own' breakfast in. Accommodation is essentially a room en suite in a house in a small quiet housing estate on the outskirts of Ballycastle. Owner was easy to contact and gave some useful tips regards restaurants etc.
Fantastic location close to the beach and town centre. Very spacious flat, and we loved the fact there were 3 ensuites. Well equipped and amazing views.
Highly recommended as a base for a trip to beautiful Ballycastle and the North coast of Ireland.
