I really just used the room and restaurant both of which were great. I was given a quiet room which I requested & the breakfast choices were perfect & dining space very nice.

Anthony was very accommodating about a late checkin due to our flight being delayed coming6 hours, and also our early departure time.

Lovely staff but room was quite tiny for a double. We couldn't open the wardrobe door and there was only one bedside table for the double bed. Very clean though and we managed to have a wonderful time.

Loved Aylesbury - beautiful historical buildings against a backdrop of the beautiful waterside theatre. Lovely shops and very helpful staff made it an enjoyable stay, alongside the service at Broad Leys and the waterside theatre where the service (from programme seller to prosecco bar staff was EXCEPTIONAL!)

The road system in Aylesbury was undergoing significant maintenance and the hotel wrote to us before we arrived to advise that the town should be avoided. For this reason we didn’t go into the town but the surrounding countryside was magnificent.

The bell hotel was comfortable however I left my charger and phone lead in the room when I asked for it to be posted to me , it got complicated I had to send an addressed envelope to them by post I offered to pay if they just post it to me and they ignored me for this reason customer service was a let down . Very simply could have charged me 3 £ and posted it but they ignored my request and kept my charger and lead

The Chilterns turned out to be a lovely area for a Spring stay, especially if you like woodlands, walking and wild flowers. There were countless good places to eat – we chose The Oak in Aston Clinton, where the food was super, and a takeaway Chinese meal from China Water, which was exceptionally good and not at all expensive. There was plenty to do for non-wakers as well – the museum in Aylesbury is very interesting, for example.

Aylesbury has a lot to offer with a good town centre and outdoor market stalls.
There is a well laid out theatre and the cinema, they are both in walking distance from the centre.
Aylesbury is clean. It is mainly a flat city so it's a good place to walk.
There's a great selection of schools fir all ages..they have great scores from the education department.
The worse thing is the number of roundabouts but it helps with road safety looking at the statistics.

What a beautiful place.
What a beautiful place. So much going on with the theatre, markets, shops, bars, restaurants. The place was buzzing with an incredible ambiance for arts and culture.
It has a diverse community and the locals are so friendly. The David Bowie statue didn’t disappoint. I cannot wait to return for a weekend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Aylesbury and I must say that I was very happy with my overall experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The room was spacious and squeaky clean, and the bed and sheets were incredibly cozy. What really stood out to me was the staff - they were great and extremely helpful. The wifi was also very quick, which was a bonus. All things considered, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
I am currently refurbing a property and frequently visit the area so
- location is of primary need...its great!
- cost becomes a factor as I travel frequently
- breakfast is a bonus but unnecessary as we could go out and get food if required, therefore cost could be redefined as with/without breakfast.
- Ideally i would have found a regular 'place' but have been unable to do this
The hotel met many factors but for us a simpler and cheaper option is needed
We were in 106 ,a gigantic lovely room ,looking over the main square.The hotel/pub is just 5 minutes walk from the theatre and less than that to all the town main shops.there is no parking but there are 3 or more overnight parkings withing a 5 minute distance .
Gorgeous big room,modern design,good price and breakfast included .

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is very clean, perfectly equipped and the space for parking the car directly there. The contact was easy and very fast. We will come back when we should visit Aylesbury again. Highly recommended location for a stay with a group of people or family.
