The staff was lovely and very friendly. The room was beautiful and clean, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, a heated mirror so it wouldn't steam up. A nicely sized tv, iron with iron board and hair dryer. To top it off, the location is in town and very close to shops and restaurants.

The most incredible experience from arrival to departure. I had a great tour of the hotel and a little history lesson regarding the historical figures who lived in the hotel ( I think the gentleman's name was Jacob, thank you!!).
My room was stunning with a wonderful view of the grounds. The hotel decor is beautiful and very Bridgertonesque but also very comfortable with great spots where you can just chill and read a book.
The bar is incredible, very cosy and British - definitely recommend.
Spa was super chilled, not many people around. It was a warm day so I grabbed a sun lounger to soak up the rays on the patio.
I also had an incredible frozen facial where the facialist treats your skin with - 200 degree blasts of air, I WAS GLOWING for days.
Food is very traditional with everyone dressed well for dinner, I don't mind dining alone but did feel more conscious than I would normally, maybe because it was so formal but the food was beautiful!!
On my last day I did a lovely walk in the grounds before taking a quick taxi and jumping on a train back to the big smoke,
Thanks to everyone for my wonderful stay.

We loved the pub close by although the walk there was on a very busy road.

The room was warm, well equipped with a comfortable bed and all the facilities one would expect.
A pretty garden added interest from the breakfast room and in good weather would be lovely to relax in
The breakfast was excellent with very good choice available. The cooked breakfast was cooked to order, hot and to our choices.

Staff were excellent. Went out of their way to look after us after we arrived late after being stuck on the motorway. Breakfast served was superb.

The road system in Aylesbury was undergoing significant maintenance and the hotel wrote to us before we arrived to advise that the town should be avoided. For this reason we didn’t go into the town but the surrounding countryside was magnificent.

The bell hotel was comfortable however I left my charger and phone lead in the room when I asked for it to be posted to me , it got complicated I had to send an addressed envelope to them by post I offered to pay if they just post it to me and they ignored me for this reason customer service was a let down . Very simply could have charged me 3 £ and posted it but they ignored my request and kept my charger and lead

The Chilterns turned out to be a lovely area for a Spring stay, especially if you like woodlands, walking and wild flowers. There were countless good places to eat – we chose The Oak in Aston Clinton, where the food was super, and a takeaway Chinese meal from China Water, which was exceptionally good and not at all expensive. There was plenty to do for non-wakers as well – the museum in Aylesbury is very interesting, for example.

Aylesbury has a lot to offer with a good town centre and outdoor market stalls.
There is a well laid out theatre and the cinema, they are both in walking distance from the centre.
Aylesbury is clean. It is mainly a flat city so it's a good place to walk.
There's a great selection of schools fir all ages..they have great scores from the education department.
The worse thing is the number of roundabouts but it helps with road safety looking at the statistics.

What a beautiful place.
What a beautiful place. So much going on with the theatre, markets, shops, bars, restaurants. The place was buzzing with an incredible ambiance for arts and culture.
It has a diverse community and the locals are so friendly. The David Bowie statue didn’t disappoint. I cannot wait to return for a weekend.

I was brought up in Aylesbury but have not lived there for about 30 years. The place has expanded considerably and every person we spoke to - 6 companies - all said that it had expanded too fast and badly lacked amenities... Doctors/Dentists/ Schools etc
3 groups said that whilst housing was a bit cheaper than London, many workers used Aylesbury as a commuter dormitory.
Personally I cannot comment as I am not there long enough
Quiet location outside Aylesbury. Nice size rooms very clean, recently refurbished. Comfy beds, huge television, spacious bathroom. Chose it because of the pool, which was a decent size. Good choice of evening food and good choice of breakfast. Lovely staff - shout out to Raj on reception and waiting staff who were all lovely.
Enjoyed our stay. Lovely small hotel and garden . Pretty bedroom overlooking the garden..Very comfy beds. Welcoming and helpful people and fab breakfast. Two excellent pubs in walking distance. Would come again and will recommend.
This is a perfect hotel for a work stay. Room was massive, bathroom was big and spotless. Had everything I needed! Loved it and will be staying here again.
