Exceptional room, clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The bar/dining area was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It felt extremely festive and joyful.
If you want to eat, book a table! Having said that the staff accommodates my request and found me space to have a meal.
Food and drinks great, all of the staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and stay again!
The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was OK. The check in and out was easy, staff very friendly and helpful. I had an evening meal and breakfast in the pub restaurant, reasonably priced and food good. Altho the pub was noisy and lively the noise didn't travel to the bedroom areas. I didn't see much of the area as it was just an overnight stay but I would go back again. Yes the furbishing's were a little dated, but the staff were lovely, the place was clean and comfortable, and the food good which is the way I prefer it.

It is a perfect location for getting to Stratford Upon Avon. Do not miss Bidford Upon Avon which is a short drive from Alcester and boasts 'The Big Meadow', which is excellent for dog walks and has great recreational area for children. Nice local Village tea room as well.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a lovely ambience with a place to sit both before and after the meal. I was disappointed to find no information in the room relating to wifi or breakfast times. Consequently we were late for breakfast but we were still served. There was a music duo playing which apparently happens once a fortnight on a Friday. I would definitely reccomend this place.
