The hotel from pulling up outside looked stunning but our luck was out from there. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, the bar staff were polite, but we would never return

cosy clean. Attention to all the details that make a stay very pleasant. Small but perfectly formed. We were the only ones eating on a Sunday evening. We had booked ahead to say we wanted to eat at the hotel . They put us in the snug at the front of the hotel which was very cosy and it felt like a home dining experience.

**Review of Accrington, Manchester**
**Review of Accrington, Manchester**
Accrington, a charming town in Lancashire, blends history, community spirit, and local charm, notably reflected in its industrial heritage tied to the cotton industry.
A highlight is the vibrant market, showcasing local produce, crafts, and unique goods, fostering a friendly atmosphere for exploration. Accrington Stanley Football Club enhances the community spirit, providing excitement for sports fans.
Nature lovers can enjoy nearby parks and green spaces, perfect for leisurely walks or picnics. The town's good connections to surrounding areas make it easy to explore more of Lancashire.
Though quieter than larger cities, Accrington's charm lies in its community feel and warm hospitality, making it a great destination for an authentic Lancashire experience.

There was no central heating in the room so the hotel supplied us with a fan heater, our room was in the courtyard so every time we left the room we got wet because of the rain. We could not book a table in the restaurant because the hotel was busy,if it wasn't that we were so tired we would of left and driven back home as it was we got up early in the morning left as quick as we could

Absolutely fabulous pub.
Absolutely fabulous pub. I've stayed here for 5 nights and had a brilliant time with everyone. It's such a welcoming place and very well run.
The room was great, plenty big enough with a private bathroom. Tea making facilities and a pot of porridge too.
There's plenty going on in the pub during the week. I arrived on a Monday and it was Poker pizza night. There is also a pool table, darts and TV's to watch your favourite sports.
Have a few beers or a few shots of "Mini Guinness" and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the bar. Even if your a solo traveller like me.... I felt very safe on my own drinking in the bar which made it more relaxing.
Johnathan and staff are fantastic and all very helpful.
Can't wait to get back!!!
