Nice is a dream location for beach loving travelers.
Nice is a dream location for beach loving travelers. It has series of beautiful towns along the beach, all very scenic & maintained to perfection. The infrastructure for tourists is superb. One can travel the entire French Riviera for 5 days in Euro 35 Rail pass which is valid on all modes of local transport. Highly recommended.
Monaco is out of this world location, full of glitterati, dream like streets with high end brands & a beautiful casino. Monaco Grand Prix is added attraction.

Great location, easy to get around Nice, Tram nearby, great stores, restaurants and bars! The only thing you have to look out for are the cars and scooters, they drive a little fast and are not pedestrian friendly! Nice is really a nice place to visit and I recommend Hotell 66 for sure!

Beautiful city, the only thing I didn't like was the planes flying over the Bay of Nice (but they stopped after the first day I was there thankfully).Easy to get around with the trams, I was able to take trips to Villefranche-sur-Mer (through the coastal path walk) and Antibes (by train). Lovely bakeries, lots of shops available, the beach was lovely and the weather absolutely gorgeous for December (though could get a bit cold at night).

I love Nice so so muchhh!
I love Nice so so muchhh! Niçois/Niçoise are warm and welcoming. Beautiful beaches and serene atmosphere. I loved the warm hugs of Soleil 🥰
One must try local food of Nice rather than the touristic restaurants. Some famous restaurants like Safari from Nice don’t entertain solo travelers because less money of course. Local Socca is yum yum in the old Nice. I recommend exploring the city by walking around. The connectivity is good. Go to promenade de anglais for an evening walk and sunset. Go for a swimmm! This place is magic.

I love Nice and used to live there when I was working on the Yachts. So this was a visit so I could see it all again. Going back to a place sometimes can be disappointing but with Nice it's like coming home. What surprised me was they removed the bus station and made a park which when I was there was used by many people. One disappointing thing was you used to be able to go up to the Yachts in Antibes but this is no longer possible, lucky in Nice it's still is ;-)

Only a couple of minutes walk due south from Nice Ville Station; so very convenient if using the train. Also only 15 minutes to a tram stop (Jean Médecin) that takes you to both airport terminals for a ridiculously cheap price. France's public transport shames the UK's expensive shambles.
The hotel was really nice. Excellent value. Very clean room and bathroom. Easy walk to any shopping, or the Promenade des Anglais, or joining up with American tourists getting ripped off in the Old Town.
Love this place, best hotel on my 6 week trip in France. My room was in the turret, felt like a princess. The view and the light were soul lifting.
The location is perfect, especially with the new tram stop close by, either direct to the airport, or to the old port of Lympia which I'm just discovering. Staff and decorations....just cant say enough.
Have to give a shout to Cycle Nice with Mathieu for an incredible history tour of old Nice.
The hotel and the room were cosy with nice design where you can fell comfortable. Breakfast was nice - not a huge variety of choice but necessary food was - warm omlet, cheese, meat, fruits, etc. in compare with other hotels in France it is a good breakfast.
Very close to train station and beach.
Some staff was helpful
The location is superb with amazing views over the crescent of Nice bay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast with views is a great start to the day. Highly recommend booking Castel Plage situated on the beach below the hotel for dinner or lunch.
Location was superb, easy access to everything we needed being on Tram-1 lines and short walk to Tram-2 in Nice, France City Centre. Accommodation was clean, very spacious, high ceilings and lots of light. Use of the hotel roof terrace was great too.
