Le personnel très agréable. La chambre bien insonorisée
We went to the Interceltique Festival at Lorient. The town was virtually rebuilt after World War 2 damage and is therefore not all that aesthetically pleasing in itself. However, a good base for hopping on a train to Quimper, Vannes or other 'pretty' destinations.

We went for the first 4 days of the Inter Celtic festival...
We went for the first 4 days of the Inter Celtic festival and were amazed at what a vast area was set up with hospitality tents, marketeers, marching routes etc, plus also making use of the buildings and conference/convert venues already there. The whole place was filled with music at every turn, whether it was bands warming up, smaller groups or soloists playing in alcoves - the place was just buzzing all day every day.
There was no shortage of places to eat ranging from snacks, eating on the hoof, or sitting down in various restaurants, and plenty types of cuisines to choose from.
It is all very walkable with lovely squares and tree lined avenues, lots of shops and pretty harbour.

Room very clean and comfortable. Accommodation very clean throughout. Ketthy was very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for me as I was attending an event in Hydrophone, a short walk away. Busstops for bus to city centre all within short walking distance.
Very professional staff, late arrival, possibility of eating in the restaurant
Close to Lorient station, which means you can visit Lorient on foot
