Host Bertrand produced an excellent breakfast, with pancakes, homemade yoghurt and a range of homemade jams. He was also most helpful with suggestions for a day trip, plus places to eat in nearby Gaillac. The converted farm buildings were stylishly furnished and in a suitably rural location but not far from the motorway - and the quaint medieval town of Lisle-sur-Tarn was closer than we expected. The swimming pool was great after a day spent touring.
I had a lovely stay at the Manor. The host was kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal, providing easy access to attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.
