Everything. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Awsome place, all the hotel area charming. Even if only 10 minutes on foot from Rocamadour it is out of city bustle, in the night you can hear only sheep in distance, you can stargaze in the garden, really peaceful place. Breakfast was also fantastic also with some local products. We were really enthusiastic of this place, from the welcome greetings to goodbye, sure will return for longer stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Great pizzas and lovely breakfast. Great view across to the chateau and an easy walk into the old town of Rocamadour. Lovely terrace. The price was very reasonable for such good facilities.

The staff were exceptional. They were all very friendly and eager to help. We had a lot of alterations to our taxi bookings which probably drove them mad but they were extremely gracious and took it in their stride! The restaurant was also exceptional and once again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pierre was also very efficient, pleasant and polite during our pre stay correspondence which added to our expectation of a lovely hotel. The air conditioning was also a delight as it was extremely hot!
everything was good, really loved the location for cycling. The hotel was very nice and comfortable with a great pool area. The breakfast was good and the owner was really nice and helpful.

We expected more from a hotel with 4 stars and a restaurant with Michelin quotation. The food in the restaurant was good, but not exceptional. nevertheless it was expensive ( price/quality not OK)
