There’s nothing wrong with the property itself. The room is large and Bordeaux is quite small so it’s close enough to the center. And it’s dog-friendly and along the waterfront so it’s easy to walk my dog.

The hotel was a fantastic property with very nice rooms and amenities. The room was spacious and had a deep soaking tub. My wife and I enjoyed using the jet tub and sauna during our stay. It was very nice to get a soak and sauna at the end of the day.
The immediate surrounding area may not be the nicest, but it is a quick 20-minute walk to many places in town. The Marché des Capucins is very close and delicious.

Best hotel near the Bordeaux Stadium, with ample parking and tram access to center city practically at the doorstep. Breakfast buffet was varied, lots of fruits, hot dishes, and pastries to choose from. Coffee awful but Kismi tea offered. The water bar was very welcome in the summer heat, so bring your water bottle to fill before you go out to discover Bordeaux. My dog was thrilled.
Excellent helpful friendly staff. Room had been updated since our last stay, and was very pleasant. The breakfast was good offering a good choice, especially cold meats and cheese. The large car park has always been a bonus as is the tram stop about 200mtrs from the hotel, this is important as we did not want to drive in the centre of Bordeaux.
We have stayed there on a number of occasions, and will continue to do so.
We had to use this as emergency to get our family over the night when we suddenly were left without an option. We arrived close to midnight and were treated exceptionally well by the staff on duty. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was also nice. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

I believe if the hotel is still active because of it dedicated staff so I hope the manager will give them a good bonus(At the end of the year)!
The staff were quite welcoming, charming, and supportive. The breakfast was quite impressive, I liked it. The hotel is well located and easily accessible from the tram station, and the main road where you can access the bus.
