Beautiful hotel, great service, spa was nice with dedicated hours for guests staying at the hotel without reservation. Classic continential breakfast buffet, we were expecting to pay for the breakfast during checkout but the hotel offered it to us for free.

Excellent helpful friendly staff. Room had been updated since our last stay, and was very pleasant. The breakfast was good offering a good choice, especially cold meats and cheese. The large car park has always been a bonus as is the tram stop about 200mtrs from the hotel, this is important as we did not want to drive in the centre of Bordeaux.
We have stayed there on a number of occasions, and will continue to do so.
We had to use this as emergency to get our family over the night when we suddenly were left without an option. We arrived close to midnight and were treated exceptionally well by the staff on duty. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was also nice. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.
