it was a very clean modernized room. The price was great. The staff was great. They also spoke English. There was a coffee machine in the room as well. which was a nice extra. Perfectly fine for a pit stop and travel the next day again.

Excellent communication to and from the staff before and during my stay. Very helpful and friendly throughout. The room was small but all that was needed and had a comfortable bed and hot shower.
Only a10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop direct into the centre of Bordeaux.
Free and secure carparking was a real bonus and easy to get to from the main roads rather than attempting to drive through the city and find available parking.

Wonderful building and super cool design. The have a good restaurant and the bar serves fantastic cocktails. Staff is super nice and helpful.
We always stay in this hotel when travelling between Belgium and Portugal and it has exactly what we need: a 24 hour reception, private and secure parking, a comfortable and clean room for the night (accessible to our dog), and a good breakfast. And the location is really good as we don't have to do a big detour. :)

The staff were quite welcoming, charming, and supportive. The breakfast was quite impressive, I liked it. The hotel is well located and easily accessible from the tram station, and the main road where you can access the bus.
