The property was well located with a 5 minute walk into the old city centre. Our room was one of three, spotlessly clean and very quiet. There was a fully equipped communal kitchen including a washing machine. The pool and surrounds were very clean and pool towels were provided. The owners, who live on the property in a separate house, had very little English but there were a list of rules in English posted in the room. We were provided with a lovely continental breakfast and freshly made pancakes from 08.30. Parking was on a small grassy public area beside a no through road.

Wonderful traditional hotel in a lovely setting. The owner and staff were excellent and looked after us very well.
Lovely hotel in beautiful old village. Owners had not long taken it over but everything went very smoothly and they even opened up the pool for us mad English people when it was not that hot in their opinion! It was lovely to swim there though and we had an amazing meal in the restaurant afterwords. We went for the menu de jour - perfectly cooked and great combinations of flavours.
The breakfast was great - coffee, freshly squeezed juice, bread, jam, boiled eggs. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. The gardens were quiet and pleasant. The use of the kitchen was an added bonus - to be able to cook our own dinner. Good facilites. Easy walking distance from the center of Carennac. Highly recommend this place.
We were greeted by Elodie and her beautiful daughter who were both so sweet,. We had a lovely room and they couldnt do enough for us. We ate at Le Fenelon for our evening meal also and it was delicious. Le Fenelon is situated perfectly to explore Carennac and the family that own it are lovely. Thank you for having us :)
