The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was really good: a huge choice of food (sweat and salty) and drinks. Great location in the center city and at the same time very quite.
The hotel in general was not super clean. Our room was very basic with bad quality matresses. We could hear everything in the hallway. Toilets and showers were not clean at all. The day of the check out 1 hour before we got locked out of our room the code to enter the room was no longer working. The staff came and opened the door with a key did not even try to fix it.
It's a standard B&B Hotel, but the staff on site fulfills their job with passion and hospitality, which lifts this B&B above other hotels in the chain. The location Is quiet and there is some dinner options (pre-prepared REAL food for the microwave) that actually tastes quite nice.
The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, not a long drive from the city center. The hotel service was very pleasant and customer-oriented. As a family of three, we could use a spacious room with two separate bedrooms. There were several options for parking the car.
