This is not the first time booking here. I have always appreciated the location. Its quiet and set away from the busy city bustle. The majority of the staff are nice.

My stay was too short but had a good experience. Wish I could stay longer. People live simple and friendly. Very save to wander around. Do not tell me what to write. Then it is not a true review. Be honest. You spoil my view of suva people. You should e asshamed

Suva is much bigger than Nadi, of course more caotic! It is nice to visit and explore other than the west of Fiji so I recommend to come to the east, even if there is no much to do in Suva, just to travel to Vanua Levu and Taveuni!

If you are looking sand and surf don't go to Suva.
If you are looking sand and surf don't go to Suva. Suva is a bustling city and finding parking is impossible sometimes. Take buses and taxis. If I were vacationing I would only stay a day or two. Nice coffee shops and restaurants abound here. Try Fijian, Indian, Chinese food. The main market is full of island fruit and vegetables. The museum is a place to see and learn a little of the history and culture.

We knew ahead but went when Miss Hibiscus was on point and city was chocker blocks alongside many other big events that happen to be on at same time but that’s just suva coming alive during its peak of events. Traffic was crazy and town was full full .. just goes to show how much Suva has to offer in a good way.. but If you like your peace and quiet.. see what’s on in suva city before making your bookings. Weather is forecast as wet as always but hey, it’s Suva city.. such is life! Live in the moments

The main city centre with people asking for money was annoying. Brother was robbed by two young men when he was walking back up to Yatu. He’s 70 years old. We were there for purpose of erecting a tomb stone for great grandparents. Excellent help from birth deaths n marriages suvavou house, corrections officers for the cemetery and the Fiji National Archives library. The taxis were great.

Suva is very busy but a vibrant city.
Suva is very busy but a vibrant city. I heard lot of stories about robberies so be careful when travelling or shopping. Phone and bag snatching is common! But it can be fun if you are alert and careful.

We would definitely recommend this accommodation. Mishra and Bobby are very welcoming and friendly. Don't plan too far ahead in Suva as Mishra is very good at giving you good advice on where to go. We are delighted with our stay at Mishra Residence, much more authentic than any hotel.
The hotel was beautiful and customer service incredible. I would particularly like to thank Lui, Sera and Lucy for their kindness and warmth. I have dietary needs - gf/df and they did their very best to accomodate this. I have had a wonderful stay!
I usually stay at Capricorn when I go to Suva but it’s being a over a year since my last visit and I love the upgrade.. Son loved the pool and my daughter enjoyed the wife, we end our day on the balcony admiring the boats and lights. We loved it
