Reception was extremely helpful, providing clear info before arrival. Our airport transfer made late-night check-in smooth, helping us find the key and guiding us to the hotel at 2 AM in Rovaniemi. Great service! Getting to the hotel with Uber costs €60, worth it in slippery weather. A bus (around €6) is a cheaper option, but check the schedule as it runs infrequently.

This place is amazing, perfect and wonderful, the best place to stay! We spent 3 nights there and I can say just good! Hoise is perfect, atmosphere, fireplace, sauna, rooms clean and warm, can regulate temperature in each room, in the kitchen are everything what need. The owner is kind, polite, and helpful. These were one of the best 4 days/3 nights in my life. I hope one day I can come back to this dream house from Winter Wonderland!

our stay here was magical. everything was perfect. The surrounding area was so beautiful and covered in snow it was like a dream! the hosts left sledges for the kids to use this was an added bonus. we really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi too. everything is a max 30 min drive from here so we couldn't have asked for more.
