Step-free entrance, parking near to entrance in own car park, lift and some rooms with step free walk in showers - good for my partner who has reduced mobility. The location is good, on outskirts of Comillas meaning you don't have to drive in; it was walkable for me to go to town and beach in 15-20 mins, and it was an easy drive to a carpark near the old town for my partner. Everything! This is a beautiful hotel set in the most stunning grounds full of dozens of species of trees planted many, many years ago with. The owners and other staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was superb.
This place is truly a gem. I wanted to visit Garabandal, so I was looking for a nice place to stay. We loved everything about this hotel. When we arrived, Ana (owner) told us that we were the only guest there, so she gave us a tour of each room and let us pick the one we wanted to stay. Each room was lovely and beautifully decorated- I wish we could have stayed there longer!
This is an exceptional 15c hotel in a beautiful setting.
The staff are brilliant, in particular the Colombian lady.
