Amazing staff, particularly Girolanda who greeted us every morning for breakfast and all the staff: front desk, cleaning and maintenance (we needed help in locking ourselves out of our safe). I cannot understate the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff of this hotel, exemplary customer service. Very good facilities and attention to detail. It happened to be my partners birthday when we were staying (which we didn’t inform the hotel about) and a complimentary bottle of Cava was brought to our room as a birthday gift. These small details are really impressive and something worth calling out for the care and attention to detail this hotel provides from arrival to post departure. Overall, a really lovely stay in a lovely hotel. The suite was a good size and attended to excellently. I rarely write reviews of hotels, perhaps out of apathy but I did find this hotel really great value and would have no hesitation in recommending.

The rooms were very comfortable and large. The bathrooms were well appointed with toiletries provided. There was even a lock box for passports. The hotel is gorgeous with an open air sitting area. The staff are super attentive and very polite.
