Staff are amazing. We had a number of logistical issues before arriving and the customer service team supported us to a tea, including allowing us to cancel and rebook our reservation for no fee. We were there for a special birthday and they brought us a bottle of cava to the room for free. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Hotel is in the middle of everything. Walking distance from every main site, even with my parents. Could not recommend this place enough
