Perfect location for hiking from Poncebos. My room was comfortable with a good bed and shower. There is a car park for guests. Breakfast and dinner were ample and good value for money. You can walk directly from hotel to Cares and Bulnes hikes (and no doubt many others). Friendly, helpful staff (though you might need to use google translate!).
The manager spoke very little English and we spoke even less Spanish, but that really didn't matter. He did everything he could to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in an excellent location for going walking. The service was a bit erratic but excellent when it happened.
Great location for hiking in the park. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a parking at the property. Restaurant below the hotel with nice food and breakfast in the morning. Close to funicular and start of trail for Bulnes and for the gorge.
