The hotel was well proportioned, clean and in the perfect location, close to Plaza Nueva and restaurants. Easy access to Metro, buses, trams, and train station. Staff was very helpful, especially Nadia at the front desk.
Lovely family run hotel and very friendly. Rooms and decor are of the highest quality. Set in a rural location close to motorway for onward travel and Bilbao Ferry. Food is excellent. No shops etc but stunning location.
