I have stayed at this property five times now and have had no problems at all, check in, parking, the rooms and the restaurant have been great and easy.

Located a 15-minute walk from Santander Ferry Port, this modern hotel offers a air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Sardinero Beach is 1.2 mi away.
The hotel is pleasant enough except we wished we had specified a room with a view. The first room we were put into was roadside and noisy and ugly. Fortunately when we asked, the host offered us a better room on the 3rd floor. Still with no view but with a good sized balcony that drowned out most of the road noise. There is plenty of undercover parking and a good bus service into Santander just down the road from the apartment and also several supermarkets very close by. The host herself was really lovely.
I booked the wrong night.and didn't arrive. The hotel phoned me to ask what time I would arrive. They cancelled my booking and didn't charge me. Had a balcony
My boat was delayed a day. They gave me the same room for the same price.

We've stayed here a number of times, down to the proximity to the Santander ferry terminal. The hotel is just off the motorway and has good parking. In the attached cafe you can get coffee (most important) tortilla, filled rolls etc for breakfast. There are fuel stations and supermarkets nearby.
The room was great. Didn't realise that there was a restaurant so that was an unexpected bonus. The food was amazing and great value. All in all it was a brilliant hotel for a one night stay. Highly recommended.
