El Prat de Llobregat is a name familiar to all those arriving in Barcelona by air, as it’s the site of Barcelona Airport. The thousands of passengers who take advantage of cheap flights from low cost airlines and international carriers pass through one of Europe’s busiest passenger terminals.

Many head straight for the Catalan capital via the on-site train station and end up missing the attractions of El Prat de Llobregat itself. The most notable structure of Cornellà de Llobregat is the Miranda Tower which is beautifully lit at night.
