Excellent service: When the electric car charging station did not work for me, the hotel technician immediately arrived, called the charging company and spent nearly 40 minutes diagnosing the problem. Real customer service.
We loved everything about our stay! This property is exceptionally clean, very new, and has a large bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are very functional and were comfortable and well designed. The wifi is strong . The host is very helpful and kind. We were walking the Via Augusta and arrived tired. The host generously allowed us to use the microwave and plates so that we could have an early dinner. We had breakfast for an additional €5 each. It was tasty and complete. I highly recommend this hotel!
