The hotel was okay for this price.
But there I first faced with absolutely unprofessional staff. When we checked in the receptionist provided us with the information that our breakfast will be organised at the restaurant opposite on the street. She even wrote the details (name of the restaurant, time) about this on the document.
Next morning was rainy, we dressed two kids in raincoats, took umbrellas and went there. It was a shock that the restaurant was closed, not for visitors but we got that there were not staff and this tea didn’t work at least that morning. We stayed hungry and irritated and came back to the hotel room.
When we checked out another woman was surprised and told us that she didn’t understand why her colleague had provided us with incorrect information. As I got then the hotel serves breakfasts inside their building in cafeteria. She suggested to make coffee for us. But my family was waiting for my comeback to go further and I was so upset with that morning that a cup of coffee wouldn’t help me at the moment.

Arrival was very good. I found the keys on a lockbox and entering was all good. The apartment was super new and clean. The area as well was ok, quiet but very awersome!

We found this hotel amazing, location was good, although out of town it is a nice 20 min walk into the centre of town. Hotel had everything we needed, all the staff we encountered were so helpful and always smiling. Onsite parking for a small fee. The room was more than comfortable, beds and pillows comfortable.
The lobby bar was lovely, nice atmosphere and value for money for drinks. We didn't eat in the lobby bar so can't comment on the food although we had the most amazing meal in the restaurant La Vermuteria that has opened recently. The food we had was so good, definitely recommend the smoked sardines and mash!
We loved everything about our stay! This property is exceptionally clean, very new, and has a large bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are very functional and were comfortable and well designed. The wifi is strong . The host is very helpful and kind. We were walking the Via Augusta and arrived tired. The host generously allowed us to use the microwave and plates so that we could have an early dinner. We had breakfast for an additional €5 each. It was tasty and complete. I highly recommend this hotel!
