There were 3 swimming pools and the deepest ones were
quiet.
We loved the location. It's just a short walk to the beautiful beach and there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby.
We never went hungry because when service in a restaurant was finished soon after there was a bar by the pool open, which served hot food or snacks including fruits in the afternoon, which we loved.
There was a small deposit for cups and pool bar plates and even though it was a bit annoying at first, the place was kept clean so I think the idea was great.

The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to the beach or the marina. The rooms are clean there is a lovely smell like being in a spa throughout. The staff are helpful and super friendly. Plenty of variety for breakfast. There is also free parking near by.

Activities during the day around the pool were good, he got lots of people to join in. Towels were fresh and replaced for the pool if you wanted every morning.

Great location on the beach, easy to access various coves from this spot in Cala d’or as well as get to the town centre in seconds and the marina in less than 10 mins. Staff were very helpful, the free excursions & yoga/pilates were a bonus. Good breakfast including gluten free options. Hotel never felt busy, even around the pool.

During our first travel to Majorca, we luckily stayed 2 days during the week and 1 Saturday. All the beaches are stunning, the village has a lot of things to do. An amazing place to see the sunrise and sunset. I would say Cala d'Or is the best place in Majorca to stay if you are a normal couple that loves nature, a quiet place and no clubs.

Cala D'or is great, especially if you want to do beach...
Cala D'or is great, especially if you want to do beach hopping, there is a lot of beautiful beaches near it so for that, it is really great. There are a few really good restaurants as well. But if you are looking more into partying, I would not suggest it, it is 1 hour away from Palma and there are only 2 nightclubs, if you can call them nightclubs and 3 well known bars, most of the nights during our stay the bars were not busy and not in a good away. So, totally recommend Cala D'or depending on the goal of your trip.

Cala d'Or is a mixed place.
Cala d'Or is a mixed place. Modern and well-planned roads and built up areas coexist with busy streets crammed with bars and restaurants catering for all tastes as well as conventional shops (e.g. car rental, sunglass stores).
It is however a good base to explore a range of beaches (e.g. Cala and Natural Park Mondagro) and towns (e.g. Santanyi). In short, hiring a car or using the excellent Islas Baleares bus services provides access to far more than Cala d'Or can offer.

Nice bars and restaurants at the marina - a relaxing place for dinner away from the busy town. The area felt very safe when walking home late at night. The beaches and little coves are beautiful and it's very convenient to be able to rent sunbeds and lockers.

Cala D’or was the perfect location.
Cala D’or was the perfect location. Low rise accommodation and other buildings, beautiful beaches and plenty of high quality restaurant and bar choices. We absolutely loved it.
Great restaurants we dined at were Can Trompe, Rustic and El Rincon. Recommend booking a day before to secure your preferred time.
Cala Gran beach was gorgeous and beach chairs with umbrella very reasonably priced (but get there early to reserve a spot as they are snapped up by 9am)
Very good location, the hotel has 4 pools, 1 kids’ pool with slides and a paddling pool with slides. It is very close to the beach, lots of nice little shops and playgrounds nearby. Great place for families and couples alike. Great variety of food. Most of all, the staff are fantastic, all of them always smiling, very helpful and polite and the entertainers were excellent. Also it was my birthday during our stay (which I didn’t even mention) and they sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room.
The views from the sea view pool were outstanding! The beach was basically attached to the hotel also with its own lagoon where everyone sunbathed, swam or paddle boarded. We also liked how close the hotel was to the centre of Cala D’Or - everything was walking distance, even the marina! All inclusive was great, breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks were available all day, all included in the price.
Perfect location, right on the beach! There were 4 pools available to use, 2 of which were un different Inturotel hotels so was nice to see the other ones (this one is definitely the best though) wifi also works at the other locations which is a bonus! Very happy with our stay, would 100% book again
