i would like to focus on lot of things in my stay to give this kind staff part of their right :
- reception staff : was so great and kind , they end our check in so fast even they have lot of guests make check in & out also i arrived so early at 12:30 pm and they gave me the room key so fast and during my stay they keep following me one or two times per day to make sure that i don't need anything

- house keeping staff : they were so honest , clean and know 100% how they do their work in great case when i arrived the room got everything clean and ready to be relax and AC was working and let weather inside so comfort , so helper for any material or anything we need ( dependent on availability sure and in my stay they bring everything i asked for )
- chefs staff : we can call them magic staff cause they can handle the buffet for three meals in good way and varity even the resort was fully booked and has different mentality
- waiters staff : this team is soldiers of this resort they keep working in kind way and amazing smile all the time

The place was amazing and spacious. Mr. Ahmed (the host) was so kind and quick responer to any thing i need. The place was safe and guarded by securit, new modern furniture & appliances . Direct to the pool and i enjoyed to access it at night. Also the weather was so beautiful and better than hurghada. Master bed room has a great and wide bed. All what you need existing in the chalet. I recommend the place to any one want to relax and i would like to thank Mr. Ahmed for his kind and his effort to make my experience memorable and i look forward to returning soon.
