We started off our stay with an exceptional christmas dinner. The food quality and variety were beyond expectations. Our second time at this hotel and I will definitely come back.

Place

The hotel grounds are impressive in size. The spacious and well-maintained gardens and paths are carefully looked after by the hotel staff. The staff turned out to be very friendly. Everyone greets you warmly and wishes you a good day. I would like to highlight the Jamaica Bar. Especially the bartender who is of shorter stature. He left the biggest impression on us as a sincere and positive person. We always enjoyed his company, and his smile would automatically make us smile as well. He was the simplest and kindest employee, who diligently did his job. On the hotel grounds, everyone wants to offer their services (for a fee), and sometimes it was a bit too pushy. Nevertheless, you can try diving, enjoy a full-body massage and spa services, including cosmetic treatments, or even go on a quad bike ride in the desert. Perhaps the latter was the most incredible experience (although personally, I didn’t want to do it, my husband persuaded me). I never regretted it a thousand times over that I tried the safari. It’s important to mention that our guide (unfortunately, I don’t know his name) was excellent. His positive and warm atmosphere played a big role in our wild quad biking trip. We are very grateful to him for all his endless efforts. Food. There were a lot of concerns about the food and water in Egypt. The food was incredibly delicious, the breakfasts were hearty and offered a great variety. It was the largest buffet I’ve ever seen. We had no issues with the food, no stomach problems, and there were plenty of different restaurants. We really liked the hotel and highly recommend it. To Mr. Baiomy and Mrs. Ahlem Ahmad, We express our boundless gratitude for their sensitivity, patience, and help in solving our minor issues with the neighbors in our room. Their assistance had a huge impact on the quality of our vacation, which shows that they truly care about the mood of every guest and the importance of providing individual comfort and coziness.

Clean, quiet, one story bungalows set in gardens were nice. No upset tummy. Good dive centre with nice little house reef. Giant green turtles just metres from shore. Attentive staff who clean and refresh everything quickly.

Breakfast buffet is disappointing. The food quality is very poor compared to the amount of money paid per night. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. the pools are not heated. Overall, the stay is overrated and the hotel is not that comfortable. our mini bar fridge was not working. we had to change it midstay

The property was well-stocked and in a great location. It was 5 mins from the Marina and had access to a communal pool. The view is stunning and it was great to wake up to the sound of the sea each day. Peter was a great host and answered all our queries quickly. Khaled, his housekeeper, cleaned the property to a high standard.

The apartment was very nicely furnished, modern, clean. The bedding was beautifully scented and clean. We felt at home. The host Ahmed contacted us by phone and checked if everything was ok. He is very nice and helpful. We would love to come back in the future.
