The resort had fantastic views and alot of daily entertainment. The all-inclusive drinks had a large variety which included popular spirt brands and cocktails. The gym was awesome, as it was centrally located and had all expected equipment. Staff were attentive and friendly when required. Our room was comfortable, and great sizeable shower. The onsite coffee shop was great. Attended for a wedding on the beach, which was awesome, even when we had pouring rain!

Because the accommodation was uninhabitable and nobody was doing anything to help, we were forced to leave and book new accommodation on a different resort. No consideration for guests or interest in resolving the many problems here. The monkey club bar and pool area, and the nightclub, are so weird, with blaring music and literally nobody there. Zero atmosphere, cheap and gaudy looking. The manager (who works off site and who we have to WhatsApp) told us and booking .com that we were offered a new apartment by the sea, this categorically didn’t happen and is an outrageous lie. We are still fighting for our money back. This place was nothing like advertised, practically fraudulent.
