From the moment I stepped in the lobby I loved this hotel, the staff is super efficient and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable, also has a nice terrace. The water doesn't feel or smell bad at all. The location is just perfect safe and quiet, few steps from all shops and restaurants and few seconds from the beach. Hot water, AC and WiFi working perfectly as well. Free drinking water was a plus! I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely book again on my next visit.

The people are very warm (especially if you speak Spanish). Food is great / plentiful and really quite tasty. There are lots of activities to do - on the beach, in the water, or visiting the town and sites.
Getting around is not as easy as can be but with prior planning & preparation, it's manageable.

Stayed 6 days and 5 nights. First 4 nights in all inclusive in Cap Cana. It was very dead when were there in early December. Hardly anyone at hotel, which could be nice but it was too sleepy. In Cap Cana it is very exclusive and no one can get in and out unless you are a guest. Therefore you are stuck at the resort the entire time (unless you pay for excision). The beaches are gorgeous. If you are ok with sleepy vacation it is perfect. If you need more excitement, not the best place. Last night we stayed on Bávaro Beach so we could be in more lively area. It was much better but overall just ok.

The local people are friendly, helpful, with a great sense of humor. The streets, stores, beach and other public areas wonderful. Local food at restaurants and food stands delicious and inexpensive. Food to cook at home in great variety and inexpensive. Public transport easy, frequent, and inexpensive. Feels absolutely a safe place.

I liked Punta Cana.
I liked Punta Cana. I rented a car the entire time, and the thing I didn't like about THAT was the speed bumps randomly placed on main roads..... you hit a LOT of speed bumps.......or traffic slows down to a halt to go over them as to not bottom out the car. The speed bumps in Punta Cana are terrible.........period. And there are a lot of hawkers trying to sell you stuff on the street.

We stayed in Platinum room,. A nice, big and clean room, very friendly staff, beautiful place with amazing gardens and different birds.
Very nice food, lots of restaurants to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinners, quality drinks and a good service. The best experience we had in Soho restaurant on evening meals.
Comfortable beds on the beach. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends.

It is good hotel, if you arrive to Punta Cana. They also provide a transfer from airport which is good. The room was clean and nice, breakfast was tasty and hearty. If you want to stay 1-2 nights, it is perfect choice. It is also located close to the beach.
