From the moment we arrived (very late at night), the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Cristian welcomed us with such good vibes, even escorting me to a nearby restaurant and convenience store when the resort’s restaurant had already closed. He stayed with me and walked me back to ensure we were settled, what a great start!
Our mornings were always delightful, thanks to Cristi and Maleny 10 stars service, warm smile and helpful recommendations for activities. The location of the resort is unbeatable, just some steps to the beach, with so many fun things to do nearby.
My birthday was the highlight of the trip! Maleny and the team made it unforgettable with thoughtful surprises and exceptional care, even the day after. Truly heartfelt and personal service!
Special shoutout to the kitchen staff for the perfectly cooked seafood platter—it was a 10/10! The bartender matched that excellence with amazing cocktails, bringing happiness with every sip. And a big thanks to the friendly beach boy, whose warm smile added even more joy to the experience!

The people are very warm (especially if you speak Spanish). Food is great / plentiful and really quite tasty. There are lots of activities to do - on the beach, in the water, or visiting the town and sites.
Getting around is not as easy as can be but with prior planning & preparation, it's manageable.

Stayed 6 days and 5 nights. First 4 nights in all inclusive in Cap Cana. It was very dead when were there in early December. Hardly anyone at hotel, which could be nice but it was too sleepy. In Cap Cana it is very exclusive and no one can get in and out unless you are a guest. Therefore you are stuck at the resort the entire time (unless you pay for excision). The beaches are gorgeous. If you are ok with sleepy vacation it is perfect. If you need more excitement, not the best place. Last night we stayed on Bávaro Beach so we could be in more lively area. It was much better but overall just ok.

The local people are friendly, helpful, with a great sense of humor. The streets, stores, beach and other public areas wonderful. Local food at restaurants and food stands delicious and inexpensive. Food to cook at home in great variety and inexpensive. Public transport easy, frequent, and inexpensive. Feels absolutely a safe place.

I liked Punta Cana.
I liked Punta Cana. I rented a car the entire time, and the thing I didn't like about THAT was the speed bumps randomly placed on main roads..... you hit a LOT of speed bumps.......or traffic slows down to a halt to go over them as to not bottom out the car. The speed bumps in Punta Cana are terrible.........period. And there are a lot of hawkers trying to sell you stuff on the street.

Now though I am very disappointed not to have,a response about my wedding, that I am planning for September next year.

NothiRate Hotel Maracas Punta Cana, it is the most filthy hotel I have ever been, many prostitutes, very dirty, bad attention, a King size mattress on a queen bed, the mattress was so bad that when you lay down your body touched the bottom wood, very cheap but very disgusting, neither the hotel nor BOOKING is worth it. COM, THEY ARE THIEVES, THEY DID NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KELLY RENTAL CAR AND I HAD TO PAY AGAIN FOR THE CAR I RENT, booking.com charged me for the car again, I do not recommend them to anyone.ng.
The Live Aqua Beach Resort is the perfect place to spend
a relaxing vacation in Punta Cana. It is not like a typical
all inclusive hotel since the food is a la carte. I‘ve never had
such good food in an all inclusive resort.
The resort itself is just beautiful - very clean, chill and
directly at the beach. The staff is awesome - they are so
friendly and treat you like their favourite guest - every
day. We‘ll definitely come back.
