The breakfast was good but it was like a scrum due to the excessive number of guests in the dining room - there were two coach loads of tourists all trying to have breakfast at the same time. If it wasn't for that, the breakfast would be the highlight of the hotel.
There was a large desk in the room and it was well serviced by power points.

Fast elevator. When we complained about the overly full, hard pillows, they brought us up two that were more comfortable for us. They also changed out the sheets when I complained about oily stains and curly black hairs on the cover sheet.
On our stay later that same week, we had a much better bed and the heat was not on at all. Plus the stairs going up were clean.

I don't understand why people complain about this place, because this is very lovely place! Okey, hotell is old but there is everything what you need your holiday. Beds was very good to sleep and breakfast very well! I like so much for bancakes!

The hotel is located in front of train station where you can pick up the train to Copenhagen center. The room was clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Room was heated 24 hours.
