This place was everything we imagined an old-fashioned "kro" to be, cosy and welcoming and serving up ridiculously large portions of hearty Danish fare together with tasty local beer. (Remember to order a day in advance if you want fish or game.) The breakfast was pure perfection. Best of all, though, is the location in the middle of the serenely beautiful landscape near the Wadden Sea. A short walk to the nearby sluice offers views of the water.

Its a very nice environment. The girls who welcomed as were really shy and showed us our room and kitchen and bathroom , but real quick like she didnt want to do it. The owners we saw at the end of the day, but it was a quick hello and than they went into their space. The male owner doesnt speak english, so if you dont speak german or danish, its hard to have a conversation. The female owner does speak english, but we felt like she doesnt like to talk to guests

This is a family farm with rooms for rent. We got everything we needed to spend the night there: a comfortable and clean bed, towels and a shower in a shared toilet. There was a fully equiped kitchen and a living room at our disposition too. The place is nice and calm, surounded by open views and farm landscape. Horsed and hares are to be seen around the fields of the farm. Not a luxury hotel, but and autentic experience indeed.
it is a lovely location in the forest. the building itself was built in the fifties of previous century and the new owner managed to preserve a lot of the unique and lovely details from that period. But she turned the motel in a comfortable and modern hotel with warm and fresh details. The rooms are large enough with a small kitchenette, a table and some chairs, a bathroom, large TV and you can sit outside. Everything is clean and the new owner is very friendly. happy to return here in the future.
Gudrun, the owner, is the most empathic person known during the trip. We loved staying there. The place is easy and simple, maybe not the grand smart hotel, but if you are looking for an experience, consider it.
The village is next to everything and enough far from everyone ;).

The hotel is great value for money. The room was very comfortable and quite charming. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils. The check in and out process was very smooth. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away.
