The hotel is gorgeous! Worth your time and money! We had a balcony room overlooking the town. The evening view was absolutely romantic and the morning view beautiful! Everyone deserves an experience like this! The price was worth it and not too expensive. They have a gym, sauna, pool on site. The room was beautiful and beds comfortable! Breakfast was delicious. If you want to take a look at the town, you can sit outside where they have tables. You can even eat and have drinks outside too. Parking in the garage is an additional fee. Parking in the street in front of hotel is an option. Which many do but space is limited. This town is worth stopping by! People are friendly and speak many different languages, a little bit of English is one of them.

Hosts were phenomenal, we only speak English and they very little but through determination and exuberance we all made it work ;) They even went above and beyond with my VERY strange request to take some local wood home for a woodworking project, stopping what he was doing to hack down a piece into one that would fit in my luggage. They were WONDERFUL and I highly recommend the bright, light suite on the top floor to anyone coming through Triberg. They even gave us a Guest Pass that got us into the waterfall for free (saved 60 euro!!!)

Very nice apartment in beautiful Triberg, Schwartzwald. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Loved our stay and enjoyed the area very much. Hostess got us passes for many great local attractions, including Waterfall, Museum, and DB regional railway trains.

Black forest cake (don't say Gateau, they don't call it that!) is well worth trying if you have a sweet tooth - Adler's is our favourite
Cuckoo clock shops are worth a visit, amazing how much goes into them
We would have liked a full day there to also do the museums etc.

It is good for walks and family time together. The Triberg waterfall walk through helps me reconnect with myself and nature. The swimming pool is a good place for the entire family to have a picnic and swim or play around.

Only truly interesting thing about the town of Triberg are...
Only truly interesting thing about the town of Triberg are the waterfalls. Other than that, the place has been spoiled by the overly touristy, quasi-Disneyland feel. The are much prettier and more interesting villages to visit in the Black Forest than this. On the other hand, it’s a good base if what you want to do is go hiking. Natural surroundings are great.

So many cool things to do and see in Triberg.
So many cool things to do and see in Triberg. We walked up to the main waterfall, strolled the main street, and bought a nice cookoo clock, designed and hand carved in shop. At night we parked on a back road under the stars and enjoyed no light pollution, taking in the amazing night sky view! Definitely recommend a visit to this Schwarzwald town!

The waterfall is worth the climb, and great that it's included in the guest card issued by the hotel. We also visited the Black Forest museum, which was interesting, although unfortunately our German wasn't good enough to read much of the information with the exhibits. The scenery is lovely.

The view was absolutely amazing! It was nice having an elevator and parking on site. The saunas are lovely. Loved that the hotel issued the Triberg pass so we could see the attractions at no additional cost. Beds and rooms were clean an comfortable). Playground for kiddos next to restaurant is awesome and convenient. Restaurant waiter (gentleman from Hungary) super nice!!!! The breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs.
The apartment is located at a prime location in Triberg. The waterfall is located at a walking distance of 5 mins from the apartment. The apartment had all the listed amenities and the host was very helpful and friendly. The host had also allowed us to keep our luggages in his shop which is near the apartment and he had also guided us with the tourist pass for Triberg.
The property is conveniently situated on the main road near Triberg town. It offers spacious accommodations, featuring two bedrooms with comfortable beds, and the view from the bedroom is quite lovely. Each room is equipped with a portable heater, which is a great bonus, and there’s the added benefit of free roadside parking.
The view was beautiful, the room was spacious, the host was very friendly, everything was very clean, the host provided a quick tour of the room with explanations if applicable, it's right in the middle of nature but it's only a 5 min drive away from the centre of Triberg. All in all very much recommend this place!
Super helpful and friendly lady at check in and breakfast. Hotel is very central to Triberg attractions. Rooms was clean, comfortable and warm. Nice breakfast and great cafe next door/part of hotel with great chocolates and cakes and coffee.
