Clean, warm and comfortable. Host was helpful and prompt in replying to messaging. Parking map sent by host was helpful. Good location - walking distance to everything in Triberg.

Black forest cake (don't say Gateau, they don't call it that!) is well worth trying if you have a sweet tooth - Adler's is our favourite
Cuckoo clock shops are worth a visit, amazing how much goes into them
We would have liked a full day there to also do the museums etc.

It is good for walks and family time together.
It is good for walks and family time together. The Triberg waterfall walk through helps me reconnect with myself and nature. The swimming pool is a good place for the entire family to have a picnic and swim or play around.

Triberg is nice small town can easily reach attractions of black forest from here. Few minutes walk to the highest water fall in Germany, Several hiking trails vis black forest
Konus card is helpful with the commuting around back forest free of charge from busses and trains.

Only truly interesting thing about the town of Triberg are...
Only truly interesting thing about the town of Triberg are the waterfalls. Other than that, the place has been spoiled by the overly touristy, quasi-Disneyland feel. The are much prettier and more interesting villages to visit in the Black Forest than this. On the other hand, it’s a good base if what you want to do is go hiking. Natural surroundings are great.

So many cool things to do and see in Triberg.
So many cool things to do and see in Triberg. We walked up to the main waterfall, strolled the main street, and bought a nice cookoo clock, designed and hand carved in shop. At night we parked on a back road under the stars and enjoyed no light pollution, taking in the amazing night sky view! Definitely recommend a visit to this Schwarzwald town!

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and central area of the Triberg.
The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities.
Triberg waterfall is just 2 minute's walk from here.

Very nice spacious room in Triberg. Very close to the waterfall and many different hikes. Literally 5 minutes away. Nice views from the balcony.
