Rural location 'in the middle of nowhere', good for onenight quiet stopover, just 5 Km. away from the highway.
Good value, quite clean spacious room and nicely renovated bathroom although the one of my room was a little bit small.
Easy check-in instruction by mail in case the reception is not attended. Free parking on site and you can relax in the garden and get cold drink from the vending machine.
If you are travelling on Monday and Tuesday keep in mind that the some of local restaurants may have their rest day.

The staff were very friendly, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and our dog was welcome. Only a ten minute walk into the old town which is stunning.
When we reached Hohe Tanne the place looked deserted , but in fact we had reached a shootng club with the same name afew streets away so be aware!!!
