It’s a close to perfect location. Everything neatly arranged and very well cared for. The room was very beautiful. I couldn’t taste the fine dining as it is closed on Sundays.

The staff and host were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Very personal and not distanced. We went for a walk and along the way, one of the sons of the owner stopped to drive us to the forest so we could avoid the road. This was typical of their thoughtfulness. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Comfortable bed.

The hotel has a quiet, understated atmosphere- it is a little “worn” in places and a little “old fashioned” but I like that, I prefer this to newer fancier hotels
