The location is amazing for people who use public transport: S-Bahn and bus stations just 5 minutes on foot. There is a road nearby but at night there are small amount of cars, it is quiet in the room.
The beds are comfortable. The room is clean. The personal is polite.
It is possible to leave luggage before and after the trip. We can definitely recommend it.

The hotel is located directly at the Basteibrücke and lends itself as a starting point for various hikes around the Elbsandsteingebirge. It's also a short drive from other nature monuments such as the Schrammsteine as well as the city of Dresden.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, the view from the breakfast room as well as the 'Bergblick' rooms is spectacular.
Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent. The fantastic location, great breakfast, stunning views in both room and restaurants (Panorama and hotel), and friendly staff made it a memorable experience.
