Very modern hotel, great automated check-in process. Easy to find from the highway, there's plenty of free parking on the premises. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped, good shower.
It was strangely difficult to find out when the breakfast was starting, but at 7:00 it was going on and definitely worth getting up for. There I also met the super friendly staff.
From the hotel it's a short trip into the Harz region, or back on the highway if you use this as a stopover.

Just wow! we've had this room in the tower with panoramic windows and the view of the valley. Unforgettable! The interior of the room was also very authentic. The staff was super friendly. The castle itself is inbelievably beautiful. I already dream of coming there again.
