It was the third time we stayed in the Burghotel Scharfenstein. We love the location - it's so quiet and close to a forest, so you can go for a nice walk. Rooms are cosy and very comfortable. And the food is great - both in the restaurant and the breakfast.

Despite our travel delay due to traffic, the owner was very responsive and provided detailed instructions on accessing the property.The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, warm, and impeccably clean. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, and the bathroom and shower were comfortable. The bed was cozy and the entire space was beautifully maintained.Although we only stayed for one night, we appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket located nearby. We had car issues on our way to Kiev, and found this hotel at the last minute fairly late in the evening. The staff and owner couldn’t be more helpful. The even helped us get our car sorted with a local mechanic who sorted the car in an hire and it got us all the way to Kiev without further problems.
