Super location, very spacious apartment (multiple bedrooms, huge dining room). We stayed for 1 night to have a break during our back travel home, would like to stay there more to enjoy the city.
It is great that you can arrive any time you need, we arrived around midnight and there was no problem to check-in. The price for the room was very good. There is a quite large parking in front of the hotel (note that there is more space in the back than what is immediately seen from the street). There is a fridge in the room and all facilities necessary to cook. Nice spacy bathroom with a hot shower. Flat-screen TV.

The location was ideal, with easy access to Kulmbach centre, train station etc all no more than 10mins. walk away. It was close to everything but still tucked away.
