It was easy to go inside even after the reception closed.
The room was well isolated : very quiet (no sound coming from the neighbor nor the street) and dark (the curtains were very efficient at blocking the light )
Very nice, spacious room, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom, there is a kitchen corner, very good if you stay for some longer time or want to prepare your own meal. Clean.
Suitable hotel if you are traveling by car, parking place just a side of hotel.

Good central location as we arrived on a Sunday it was a little difficult to find because of road closures and a diversion. Parking was drop off in front of the hotel then park in the square across the road. Great room with separate sitting area with tv. Good variety of food at breakfast
The location was ideal, with easy access to Kulmbach centre, train station etc all no more than 10mins. walk away. It was close to everything but still tucked away.
