We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Neuschwanstein castle, but if we ever visit the area again, we'd love to pay another visit. Everything was great! The room was spacious and comfortable, a large balcony with an amazing view, a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. We arrived quite late in the evening but we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a spa basket. We made our way to the Spa wing and enjoyed both the pool and the sauna by ourselves, which were open until 11pm. The restaurant is closed on Thursdays, but we were able to find a pub for something quick to eat only 4 min away by car. The breakfast had a good variety of baked goods and anything else you might want. Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location - easy to find once you're on the main street of the old city and easy to walk to and from the train station. The room was almost comically huge for me since I travelled solo, but I liked it. The room decor was more on the Old World side with red and gold, but it wasn't overdone and was still very nice; I almost did feel like I was King Ludwig himself staying there ! The hotel restaurant was very good.

It was in a nice location and easy to explore the area . The castle was right across the street . So if we saw the clock tower on the castle we knew we were heading the right direction!

Beautiful place. I was there on my birthday and they treated my breakfast table with a white tablecloth and then nice card from the owners and also a piece of cake with a candle in it.

I liked the location, the bathroom, and the windows. Staff were as I would expect a d check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was good, but I think a tad expensive.

This was such an amazing experience. The hotel is amazing, and nestled in a beautifully scenic area. The view of the Alps and surrounding castles was breathtaking. The staff was wonderful, and the amenities were incredible. We particularly loved the sauna and spa which is above and beyond for a typical hotel. The accommodations were lovely and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced in Europe. I would highly recommend this property!
