the location is very convenient, close to the wonders of Moravian Karst and not far from the city of Brno, the staff members were very friendly and accommodating, the bed was very comfortable and we had a great time. relaxing in the wellness facilities. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel thoroughly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Kids loved the little petting zoo, daily activities for children and adults were a nice surprise! Kids loved seeing Liška Eliška - especially when she gave them ice cream!
The breakfast was amazing! So many great options! My 10 year old said that it was the best breakfast he ever had!

Clean apartment/room and functional. Well furnished. The place has a very nice garden. Close to some of the interesting caves even if it's in a small town in the middle of the countryside
Hospitality however is not their strength. The men working at the hotel don’t bother look at you, they don’t give tourist information (or not complete, such as that you can’t visit the caves with little children), and are just not good at hosting.
Childfriendly should be the quality of the hotel; and yes there is a playcorner, but it isn’t open every day. And for the babybed you have to pay extra, something they forgot to tell (also for the sauna, which costs a fortune). The bill was full of extra costs.
It was not at all what we expected and we will advise you not to go to hotel stara skola!
