The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and it was so pleasant to sit and eat outside. The resort is a little far from downtown but is an easy didi ride away. The lake was smaller than I expected, but it was still nice. I really enjoyed my time here and felt very relaxed!!

Riverbank Hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The view of the river is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The neighborhood is vibrant and charming. Loved the location. Walking distance to the lakes and Sun and Moon Pagodas. Loads of breakfast and lunch restaurants and some affordable dinner restaurants. Tony was a wonderful host and fixed us up with a great day cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Highly recommended.

Very nice cosy and clean rooms. Beautiful view on the lake. English speaking staff is very friendly and helpful. Form our round trip this was so far the cheapest but the most clean and comfortable stay. We had the breakfast included our booking, which was ok all the dishes were there. All, it’s a nice hotel near almost everything.

I love this peaceful and relaxing place. Only 10 minutes from guilin downtown by taxi Michelle and her staff were lovely and helpful. The food was fresh and really tasty. The room was very comfortable and with a great view to the mountains.
