Wow! The staff here is very friendly. She loved telling us about all the best local spots. You can really feel the warmth of her service. On our first night there, we didn't want to go out because we were tired after a long day of travel so the staff showed us a demonstration of pouring Chinese tea using the artistic tea set they have. She also gave us some local Chinese desserts so that we could enjoy a quiet night drinking tea and chatting. A very personal experience.

The staff and service are excellent! They all went above and beyond! Special mention to Zhuge, Rose and Ida who were always so helpful and Zhuge who had the best food recommendations! Great views from hotel. We were treated to amazing sunrise on our first morning. Michelle was so helpful with arranging travel for us as we had several trips we wanted to do with using her hotel as our base. Her English is amazing. Very much enjoyed the rural atmosphere after staying in some very busy places. This was a plus for us andwe didn't mind the taxi rides to get back into town. There are bikes available to hire which we enjoyed biking into town as well. Lovely meals too.

Very good location, close to a night market with delicious food and close to the Li river. They offer very helpful service for booking activities and transport, e.g. a boat trip to Yangshuo.
