Staff were great even tho we didn’t speak much Spanish at all, they were patient and very helpful. This property is like being at a tranquil resort in the jungle, very beautiful and peaceful. The pools were clean and luxurious. The massages were good however I paid more for a “mixte” massage and it was not strong at all. My cousin got a facial that she loved. Breakfast was amazing but pre-set on the table which really increased food waste and I felt bad for not eating all of it. The WiFi was strong and the smart tv in the room was a plus. We could easily walk to the main square and the Pullman bus station within 15 minutes. There were also bikes you could borrow for free.

Very beautiful and comfortable house, panoramic views from living room and bedroom, big territory, pool. We liked it very much. The host helps with everything, one of my kids was happy to play with his son. The road paved and is not difficult.
